  • An embedded brand partner is an external creative team that works as an integrated extension of your company. We provide ongoing strategic and design support — keeping your brand consistent, evolving it over time, and delivering work quickly as your needs shift.

  • A fractional creative director offers high-level brand and design leadership without the cost or commitment of a full-time hire. You get strategic input, creative direction and quality oversight on a flexible, part-time basis.

  • You can start with just one month. However, we recommend planning for at least 3 months to give us enough time to fully understand your business and where we can have the most impact.

  • You can easily cancel your plan via email. But please note that we need at least 14 days’ notice before your next payment is due, otherwise your plan will continue for another month.

  • Yes. If you think a different plan better suits your current needs and pace of growth, you can upgrade or downgrade. You can switch as often as you like too. You just need to let us know at least 14 days before your next payment is due.

  • Yes. Your strategy and design support hours can be split into smaller increments to ensure we can help you in the most useful way throughout the month.

  • To keep workflow predictable and fair, unused time does not roll over. We recommend switching to a different plan if you anticipate increased or decreased workload in the month(s) ahead.

  • The tools we use to collaborate depend on your circumstances. We can start lean on Google Docs and upgrade to Notion, Slack and similar tools as you scale.

  • The time between you contacting us with a request and us responding varies between tiers. You can expect an answer within 48 hours if you’re on the Start tier, 24 hours on the Build tier, and an almost immediate response on the Scale tier.

  • Most design requests are delivered within 48–72 hours. Larger or more complex work is scheduled in line with your monthly plan, with deadlines discussed upfront.

  • Yes. Many clients come to us with existing branding. We work with what you have and, if relevant, identify areas to strengthen. We can evolve your brand gradually or prepare for a bigger overhaul down the line.

  • When you're ready for a full rebrand or redesign, we shift into a higher gear. Subscribers receive discounted pricing for our Brand Sprints and priority access for larger, focused rebranding projects.

  • All services are delivered remotely. We’re set up to work efficiently across time zones, with occasional live sessions where needed. We’re also available for in-person meetings in our base city, London, and other locations depending on availability and travel costs.

  • Absolutely. We often collaborate with in-house marketing, product or leadership teams, filling in creative gaps, offering external perspective and adding capacity without adding headcount.

  • This includes keeping your brand assets up-to-date, refining your visual identity, ensuring design consistency and supporting updates across slide decks, websites, documents and other brand touchpoints.

  • We support a wide range of brand touchpoints – logos, slide decks, social templates, landing pages, motion graphics and more – depending on your priorities.

  • Light copywriting and messaging support is included, especially where it overlaps with brand strategy or design. If you need more content work, extra hours can be purchased.
